Can I access my G4 Communications e-mail through another Internet Service Provider?
Yes. You can access your G4 Communications e-mail through any Internet connection by logging into G4 Communications' Web Mail system. Upon successful log-in, you will be able to send, receive and administer your G4 Communications e-mail. Due to mail relaying restrictions imposed by most ISP's you will not be able to use a mail client such as Outlook to send and receive G4 Communications e-mail through another ISP.

Who do I call when I want to add, delete, or modify accounts?
You can use our online web interface to manage all your domain based email accounts or our technical staff can assist you in adding, deleting and modifying e-mail accounts.

How do I setup an auto-reply for periods of time when I won't be checking my e-mail?
You can set up an auto-reply message by logging into G4 Communications' E-mail SelfCare system. Upon successful log-in, click on the Rules tab. Under the Vacation Message section, select the desired reply option and input the message that you would like to be sent to individuals who send you e-mail while you are away.

How do I setup my e-mail client software?
In order to setup your e-mail client software, you will need to know the assigned username and password for the hosted account and the names of G4 Communications' mail servers. If you have difficulty configuring your e-mail client software, please contact our Technical Assistance Center at 1.888.840.4487.

Can I use any e-mail client software to access my mail?
G4 Communications supports the use of all major e-mail client software. For more information, see the back side of the Service Introduction sheet or visit G4 Communications' Customer Care web site.

How do I setup e-mail forwarding?
You can enable e-mail forwarding by logging into G4 Communications' E-mail SelfCare system. Upon successful log-in, click on the Rules tab and scroll down to the Forwarding section. Select one of the forwarding options and provide the e-mail address(es) that you would like your e-mail forwarded to. Click the Save This Preference button.

How do I change my e-mail password?
Your password can be changed by logging into G4 Communications' E-mail SelfCare system. Upon successful log-in, click on the Password tab, provide your current and new passwords and then click the Save This Preference button.

How do I know that my e-mail is safe?
G4 Communications' high-capacity mail servers reside on our Protected Service Network to provide high-speed and high-availability. The servers are backed up daily and are redundant and fault-tolerant, so you can rest assured that your mail is secure and readily available.

Do I have any control over my e-mail account settings?
Yes. Through our E-mail SelfCare system you can change your password, setup e-mail forwarding and configure auto-reply parameters.
