You can use any FTP (File Transfer Protocol) client software to transfer your files to the location G4 Communications supplied when the service was set up.

What type of media can I stream?

The major supported formats are RealAudio, RealVideo, and QuickTime 4. For more information on other formats supported by RealServer, visit http://www.realnetworks.com.

These formats can be encoded and broadcast live or can be archived and broadcast on demand.

If you lose your password, our Technical Assistance Center can assist you with resetting your current password or creating a new one.

How can I find out how much media I'm actually streaming?
G4 Communications' Technical Assistance Center can put in a request for reporting, which will be sent to you via e-mail or fax.

What platform does G4 Communications use to stream my media?
G4 Communications' web servers are run on a high-powered UNIX platform using the RealMedia server from Real Networks.
