What happens if I need to physically access my collocated equipment?
G4 Communications will provide you with a cart containing a keyboard, monitor, and mouse that can be wheeled to your equipment space for short visits.

Because the colocation floor is a secure area, our staff will provide you with a workbench area outside of the main data center for longer visits.

I have a back-up device attached to my collocated server. Can G4 Communications sway backup media for me?
Yes. If your equipment has a backup device attached to it, you can call our Technical Assistance Center any time you would like your backup media swapped.

Yes. You can call our Technical Assistance Center any time you need to have your equipment reset, saving you a trip to our data center.
