Pricing available for rate centers identified as Urban and Suburban, please inquire special pricing for Rural rate centers. 24 Meg ADSL2+ service is not available at all locations.
Service is limited to residential voice applications and the use of service is limited to the customer, members of the customer's household, and occasional guests. The use of the service for commercial applications, resale, or telemarketing is prohibited. In addition, the use of auto dialers, polling devices, remote access to call forwarding, three-way calling (other than incidental usage), free International or conference calling services who charges to telephone companies, and other devices and/or dialing arrangements with the intent to avoid payment of otherwise applicable long distance charges is prohibited.
*Taxes and surcharges are not included (Currently: FAC $6.50, LNP $0.23, PICC $3.20, E911 $0.57). One-time installation and line activation fee might apply for new installs.
** Standard installation fee is $60, this may be adjusted due to additional work required to install services (e.g. wiring, jack install)
