The Derry IT Department serves 12 town departments including Police and Fire.

We needed a secure, cost-effective, reliable means of connecting remote departments, including the police and fire departments.

XConnect was the best service to meet our needs. Customer service is G4’s strong point. On the rare occasions when I need to contact them, someone almost always picks up the phone. We have had very infrequent problems when we needed customer service, but when we did, they were there for us.
